One of the biggest advantages is the potential for extended drain intervals, which can reduce maintenance time and expenses. New Holland notes that competing engine oils that do not meet its specifications can reduce recommended drain intervals by as much as 50% in engine-oil comparisons.

New Holland's Extended-Life OAT Coolant is designed to provide high-temperature protection, even during extreme operating conditions. It has been evaluated through New Holland's bench and field testing and can provide a service life of up to 4,000 hours or four years without a booster or extender, depending on the application and recommended maintenance schedule.  

Multi-Purpose Grease

Sometimes the smallest maintenance item can make a big difference.

New Holland Multi-Purpose Grease is formulated with extreme-pressure and anti-wear properties to protect hardworking components. It is MAT approved to meet the demands of New Holland equipment and contains multiple additives designed to enhance performance.

Regular greasing helps protect moving parts from wear, especially in equipment that operates in dusty, wet, muddy, or demanding agricultural environments.  

The Right Lubricant for Every Season

Temperature can have a major impact on lubricant performance.

Cold temperatures cause oil to thicken, which can make it harder for the lubricant to reach critical components. New Holland notes that synthetic oils can provide improved cold-flow characteristics. For example, a full synthetic 0W-40 engine oil generally flows better in cold temperatures than a 15W-40 while still providing the necessary protection once the engine reaches operating temperature.
