Read About Our Certified Technicians!
New Holland Master Technician
Becoming a New Holland Master Technician is a serious commitment and shows a high level of knowledge and specialization in those products. To reach this level, a tech must have attended numerous face-to-face trainings with hands-on experience from factory trainers. Having a Master Tech shows that your dealership is on the frontline of factory training and in providing superior customer service and satisfaction that the job was done correctly.
STIHL Certified Technician
The STIHL MasterWrench Service program is a three-level service training process developed by STIHL Inc.: Bronze (Level I) Silver (Level II) or Gold (Level III). STIHL certified service technicians are "factory trained" in the diagnosis of running problems, failure analysis, and quick and reliable repair. A Gold Level technician has demonstrated both the knowledge and the skills to handle challenging service situations, including carburetor operation and service, failure analysis, and maintenance and service of STIHL products. The program further improves the dealers’ ability to response to customers’ needs in the repair and maintenance of outdoor power equipment. Technicians must demonstrate a high level of knowledge and skill in order to pass the courses.
